Our First Call

When you're ready to take the first step toward your dream basement, click here Contact Us and enter your basic contact

Beginning with the first phone call, we'll discuss your project at length. We'll learn about your dreams, goals and budget for
your basement, and you'll learn about our abilities and qualifications to make those dreams come true!

Free No Obligation Quote

Once we've identified your dreams and goals, we will then schedule a 'first visit' in-home appointment for a FREE, no
obligation, quote. Our 'first visit' appointments are typically scheduled Monday-Friday, between 9:00am-3:30pm, though we
often make exceptions to this, as we understand not everyone is available during these times.

Upon our initial 'first-visit', we'll listen to what you would love to incorporate into your basement, as well as make
suggestions, based on our extensive knowledge and past experiences. We'll discuss the permitting process and local codes
which may pertain to your specific project. We'll then sketch the footprint of your space, take accurate measurements and
note all details discussed.

From there, we'll take that information back to our office where we will accurately quote your individual basement project.
Taking the time to quote each project, with no obligation on your part, requires added time for us with no promises, but it's
the best and only way for us to give you a fair, true and accurate quote. In fact, we have a policy that we've never wavered
on; our client's never pay more than what we quote, unless they decide to add something during the bidding and/or build-
out process.

Once you receive your quote via email (typically 3-5 business days from first visit), we'll follow up with an email or phone call
to answer any questions you might have. If you decide that Basement Design Consultants,LLC is a great fit for you and your
project, we'll then take the quote and put it into a full Ready-to-Sign proposal.

Final Proposal and Build-Out

Once we've all signed the final proposal, we then set a start date, apply for your building permit, order the initial material
required for framing, and then get the project underway! Once started, we then will schedule various milestone meetings
with you, as needed, for input in various stages of the project. All-in-all, we are there to keep you informed and guide you
through each phase of the build-out.
