Standard build-out includes:

  • Standard electrical to code includes upgraded electrical sub-panel, code wall outlets, standard
    toggle type wall switches, and standard flush mount lighting for all finished rooms.

  • Full separate zone Trane XD13 HVAC system with flexible duct-work, combustion air, vent covers
    and programmable digital thermostat.

  • Sheet rock walls and ceilings (glued & screwed), sanded to smooth finish,
  • Full BDC standard bathroom with gravity drains, fiberglass tub/shower combination unit, 1.6 gal.
    elongated toilet, Standard 30" vanity with marble top and sink, tub & vanity faucet allowances.

  • Trim includes 31/2" baseboard, 21/4" casing, up to four (4) 6 panel interior doors with standard
    hardware, up to (3) windows trimmed & stair skirts with base cap.

  • Choice of BDC "Better than Good" carpeting in Berber, plush or Frieze' with 6#  synthetic pad,
    includes lifetime installation warranty from BDC vendor.

  • Standard install of ceramic tile bath floors and entry "mud-step" with tile allowance.

  • Complete paint includes primer, caulking, gloss white latex trim, white ceiling latex and your choice
    of one single color matte' latex finish for walls.

    Includes Certificate of Occupancy and lien waivers at completion of project build-out.

    Full 2-year warranty for materials and workmanship, in writing.



*Move-in ready for standard build-out is from first day of construction through final inspection.  Larger or custom
